❓ Frequently Asked Questions
Absolutely! All your data stays on your device. We never send your personal information to our servers or third parties. Your journal entries, mood data, and photos are encrypted and stored locally only.
Yes! Go to Settings > Export Data to create PDF reports or JSON backups. PDF reports are great for sharing with healthcare providers, while JSON backups help transfer data between devices.
Important Security Note: Exported files (PDFs and JSON backups) are not encrypted and contain your personal wellness data in plain text. However, they do not include your name or any personal identifying information. Store them securely on your device (e.g., in a Face ID/Touch ID protected folder).
Mirror Me 2 currently works on iOS 14.0+ only. For the best experience, we recommend using the latest iOS version available for your device.
Android Support: We don't currently support Android, but if there's clear demand for it, I'd definitely consider developing an Android version! Feel free to reach out if you're interested.
This is a privacy feature to prevent your device storage from filling up. You can manually save important media files to prevent automatic deletion. Go to the specific entry and use the save option.
Currently, Mirror Me 2 doesn't support automatic syncing to protect your privacy. However, you can manually transfer data using the JSON backup feature in Settings.
