• Export your data for personal use

6. User Responsibilities

Our total liability for any claims related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Brandon Zettek from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. This will permanently remove all data.

13.2 Termination by Us

We may discontinue the App or remove it from app stores at our discretion, though your locally stored data will remain accessible until you delete the App.
